• The pacifiers nipple is made of 100% natural rubber, which is soft, flexible and natural for the little ones.
• The round and soft shape resembles the mother's breast and is therefore an obvious choice for your baby.
• The shield is made of polypropylene (PP), which is a robust and lightweight plastic material. It is gently outwards curved to prevent skin irritation.

For Your Baby's Safety :
Do always inspect the product carefully before each use. Especially when the baby has teeth. Pull the pacifier in all directions. Discard it at the sign of damage or weakness.
How To Sterilize The Pacifier :
1) Put the pacifiers in a clean bowl
2) Pour them with boiling water (DO NOT COOK)
3) Let the pacifier pull for approx. 5 min.
4) Pick them up and let them dry
The vast majority of pacifiers are with valve. If the nipple has a valve, be sure to squeeze excess water out of the seat part when the nipple is sufficiently cooled.
When the child is over 3 months old, you can also rinse the pacifier by placing them in a sieve and pouring them with boiling water. This method is partly faster and partly avoids water collecting inside the seat part.
BIBS Color is available in 3 different sizes.
We have stated an approx. age for each size but this should only be used as a guideline. The anatomy of small children is different and some children prefer a larger or smaller nipple.
We therefore advise you to try what fits your baby – and remember to replace it after 4-6 weeks, in regular use!
We ship all across UAE. The delivery charges are mentioned during the check out process before the final payment. There is no delivery charge for cart amount above AED 100. Anything below will be charged at AED 16 per delivery.
Additional fee or delivery time may be required for delivery to remote areas. Remote areas will be highlighted on the checkout page.
If I place an order today. When shall I expect my shipment?
Your delivery schedule depends on the merchandise and the time that you place your order. Go to the Order section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.
What if I miss a delivery?
If you are not at home, our courier partner will call you to reschedule your delivery. Simply call our Customer Support team on +971 42984130, and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse/office?
Yes, you can pick the order from our office address. You need to call us or email us that you want to collect your order yourself. We shall assign a time for the pick up.
Do you deliver to free zones?
Our apologies, we do not deliver to free zones at the point of time.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
We have cash on delivery option for payment. Right now we are not charging extra for COD services but it is subject to change in future.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or chat with a customer service exec. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
