The breast pump includes a soft-touch, ergonomic swivel handle - to utilise our research-based,
patented 2-Phase Expression Technology. Through research, Medela has learned that there are
two distinct phases of how babies breastfeed. The first phase, known as stimulation phase is when
the baby first goes to the breast and sucks fast to initiate the milk flow. The second phase of
the expression occurs after milk flow or “let-down” begins. During this phase, the baby breastfeeds at a
slower suck rate for continued milk flow. At Medela, we integrated this natural sucking behavior
into our breast pumps to create Harmony – the first manual breast pump to offer 2-Phase
Expression Technology. Harmony's single vacuum manual settings are easy to adjust, making the

We ship all across UAE. The delivery charges are mentioned during the check out process before the final payment. There is no delivery charge for cart amount above AED 100. Anything below will be charged at AED 16 per delivery.

If I place an order today. When shall I expect my shipment?
Your delivery schedule depends on the merchandise and the time that you place your order. Go to the Order section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.
What if I miss a delivery?
If you are not at home, our courier partner will call you to reschedule your delivery. Simply call our Customer Support team on +971 42984130, and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse/office?
Yes, you can pick the order from our office address. You need to call us or email us that you want to collect your order yourself. We shall assign a time for the pick up.
Do you deliver to free zones?
Our apologies, we do not deliver to free zones at the point of time.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
We have cash on delivery option for payment. Right now we are not charging extra for COD services but it is subject to change in future.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with a customer service exec. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
